1285 Avenue of the Americas, also known as the Equitable Building, is a 39-story, modernist-style skyscraper in New York City, located as part of the western expansion of Rockefeller Center. It is a significant commercial office building, home to the North American headquarters of UBS and the global headquarters for Paul Weiss and BBDO. The building features a steel and glass curtain wall, multiple levels of underground access to the Rockefeller Center concourse and subway lines, and is known for its high-profile location and premium amenities.

This BMS upgrade and retrofit project is part of the New York States Real Time Energy Management program (RTEM). The RTEM program allows our client to receive credit rebates toward their project when they meet certain criteria.
