Rockefeller Center | NYC
Rockefeller Center is a historic 22-acre commercial complex in Midtown Manhattan, home to office towers, retail shops, entertainment venues, and the iconic Top of the Rock. Originally developed in the 1930s, it was designed as a self-contained “city within a city,” featuring integrated pedestrian corridors, underground retail, and access to multiple subway lines. Today, it remains a vital hub for business, tourism, and transit in New York City.
1285 Ave of Americas | NYC
1285 Avenue of the Americas, also known as the Equitable Building, is a 39-story, modernist-style skyscraper in New York City, located as part of the western expansion of Rockefeller Center. It is a significant commercial office building, home to the North American headquarters of UBS and the global headquarters for Paul Weiss and BBDO. The building features a steel and glass curtain wall, multiple levels of underground access to the Rockefeller Center concourse and subway lines, and is known for its high-profile location and premium amenities.

TMBA successfully completed the retrofit outdated BMS at 55 Water Street, one of the largest commercial official buildings in NYC. The project involved replacing the obsolete Honeywell BMS with a state-of-the-art TMBA/Schneider Electric EcoStruxure BMS.
One Worldwide Plaza | NYC
TMBA successfully completed the upgrade and retrofit of the BMS at One Worldwide Plaza. The project involved the replacement of the existing Johnson Controls BMS with our TMBA/Distech BMS on the latest Niagara/EC-Net Platform.
345 Park Ave | NYC
A 634-foot tall, skyscraper in Midtown, Manhattan. It was built in 1969 at the former site of The Ambassador Hotel by Rudin Management Company.
