TMBA completed a major Building Management System (BMS) retrofit at 375 Hudson Street in NYC, upgrading the building’s controls infrastructure with a modern Schneider Electric system to improve energy efficiency, operational performance, and tenant comfort. The project included new controls integration, fiber optic communications, and real-time energy management capabilities, helping the building enhance overall system performance and qualify for energy efficiency incentives through NYSERDA’s RTEM program.
