The TMBA Internship and Co-op Program offers the opportunity for undergraduate and graduate school students to experience some of the real-life challenges associated with their course of study. By accepting an Internship/Co-op, under the close supervision and mentorship of experienced TMBA professionals, students apply classroom learning to practical problems in a closely matched practicum. In the process, students learn critical skills needed to excel in their chosen field and TMBA obtains fresh and talented temporary employees to provide needed staffing assistance with the goal of creating a professionally skilled and proven talent pipeline from which to ultimately hire from.

Paid full-time internships are available during the summer break and paid full-time co-ops or part-time internships are available during the fall and spring semesters. Typically, internships are available for engineering and business majors. Program eligibility requires a minimum of 1 year already completed towards the degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
