Rockefeller Center | NYC
Rockefeller Center is a historic 22-acre commercial complex in Midtown Manhattan, home to office towers, retail shops, entertainment venues, and the iconic Top of the Rock. Originally developed in the 1930s, it was designed as a self-contained “city within a city,” featuring integrated pedestrian corridors, underground retail, and access to multiple subway lines. Today, it remains a vital hub for business, tourism, and transit in New York City.
1285 Ave of Americas | NYC
1285 Avenue of the Americas, also known as the Equitable Building, is a 39-story, modernist-style skyscraper in New York City, located as part of the western expansion of Rockefeller Center. It is a significant commercial office building, home to the North American headquarters of UBS and the global headquarters for Paul Weiss and BBDO. The building features a steel and glass curtain wall, multiple levels of underground access to the Rockefeller Center concourse and subway lines, and is known for its high-profile location and premium amenities.
The Oculus | NYC
Located at the World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan, the Oculus serves as a major transportation hub connecting the PATH train from New Jersey with over a dozen NYC subway lines. Opened in 2016 and designed by Santiago Calatrava, it was built as part of the post‑9/11 redevelopment and now also houses a large retail concourse. Blending transportation, commerce, and architectural symbolism, the Oculus plays a critical role in the daily flow of commuters and visitors through Lower Manhattan.
White Plains Hospital | NY
White Plains Hospital is a general medical and surgical, non-profit hospital located in White Plains, New York. In addition to providing general care to patients, it also operates a number of specialized programs, such as its cancer center. The hospital was founded in 1893 as a four-room hospital. As of 2012, White Plains Hospital treated 170,000 patients annually and is a member of the Montefiore Health System network. The total capacity of the hospital is 292 beds.
