  • AFA24-SR US
    The new AFA24-SR US actuator offers the same quality and reliability in an AF actuator but without the signal feedback. Customers have indicated that the majority of applications do not have a requirement for signal feedback. The AFA series actuators provide true spring return fail-safe design. The actuator is shipped at +5° position (5° from full fail-safe) to ensure tight shut off.

  • Multi-Function Technology
    Belimo damper actuators and control valves with Multi-Function Technology® (MFT) include standard 2 to 10 VDC proportional control functions, plus they can be reprogrammed. Parameters can be changed on-site to optimize/enable application. Parameters can be set for voltage control (VDC), time proportional control (PWM), floating point,
    on-off or feedback signal.MFT allows you to adapt the actuator to your system for service eplacement and to improve system functionality.

  • High Temperature Characterized
    Control Valve (HTCCV)
    The High Temperature Characterized Control Valve (HTCCV) meets the challenges of space restriction applications such as unit ventilators, and fan coil units. The HTCCV is environmentally friendly and is suitable for use as a potable water control valve, a first ever for the Belimo product line.
