Installation of TMBA/Andover DDC Control System for 45 air handling systems, cooling tower/condenser water systems and heat exchangers.  In addition to HVAC control, a sophisticated lighting system has been implemented to stage perimeter lighting through the building automation system based on the amount of natural sunlight entering the building.  All controls are linked back to a high-speed Ethernet local area network with two (2) graphical operator's workstations and a file server.  Monitoring of Sony satellite facilities including full TMBA/Andover Controls system for Studios at 460 West 54th Street, NYC is also achieved via the same operator's workstations.

A network of hundreds of TMBA/Andover DDC controllers providing the control and monitoring of critical power conditioning devices, automatic transfer switches and HVAC equipment essential for the operation of Paine Webber's securities trading infrastructure.  In addition, temperature is accurately controlled on the executive and several trading floors via a network of application specific controllers.  Under floor leak detection systems, as well as other critical alarms, are mapped out and reported back to the color graphic network workstation.  During off hours, alarms are reported to a central security office and displayed on a DCX-250 Touch Screen Controller.  Additionally, a sophisticated automatic phone dial-out system provides alarm notification to facility managers via recorded messages linked to particular alarm conditions and priorities.

Automation of all temperature controls functions on 34 air handling units including economizer enthalpy control, supply air reset and optimal start.  Additional systems under control include cooling towers, condenser water system and heat exchangers.  All control panels are networked via an Ethernet LAN to two central operator’s workstations where system parameters can be adjusted and several hundred critical alarms are monitored.

Airflow tracking for room pressurization is also being done directly through this system.
